A love of food during his late teens saw Alex spend his adult life learning the ropes of the hospitality biz. He was taken under the wings of renowned chefs such as Andrew McConnell, Matt Wilkinson and Rick Stein. Alex and his partner Jo now have their dream jobs at their own one-hatted restaurant St. Isidore in Milton. Nestled in amongst the green, rolling hills, the restaurant boasts views of the beautiful Shoalhaven hinterland and serves up a culinary storm with their paddock to plate food philosophy.
