Jervis Bay Brewing Co.

Grab a beer from the bar and a snack from the food truck at Jervis Bay Brewing Co while you enjoy the cruisey vibes of this laid-back brewery. Set in Woolamia, near Huskisson, you can see the inner workings of the brewery as you sip, chat to the brewers while you order and even learn about some of the ingredients if they aren't busy pouring. Outside in the beer garden the vibes are relaxed and dog-friendly, with a fire to keep you warm on those cooler nights. There's a great rotation of food trucks providing wood-fired pizza, gourmet barbecue, burgers and street food so check out their Facebook page to keep an eye on what's currently on the menu. Jervis Bay Brewing also caters for non-beer lovers with a selection of wines and soft drinks and has Growlers, Squealers and canned bevvies so you can take some home with you.
Flamin Galah Brewing Co.

Flamin Galah was born in a kitchen at Huskisson, took over the house, then a shipping container in the backyard. Sam and Claire now have a take away Growler Bar in Scallop Steet, where you can have a tasting and take home your favourite drop in a Growler, a Squealer, or even a Crowler (500ml can). You can also grab from the range of 375ml cans, which have such amazing artwork you'll want to repurpose them when they are empty. Located within the newly renovated and historic Milton Hotel, Dangerous Ales is a chilled brewery hangout in the Shoalhaven's south. Built in 1870 in the heart of Milton village, the Milton Hotel has been thoughtfully renovated by new owners Heidi and Damien and is a great watering hole for families, so come and visit for a local brew paired with an excellent pub menu. There's an enticing range of produce on the menu and in the beer, with Mulburry Sour in summer, warming Oatmeal Stout in winter and Apple Cider for long lunches on the deck all year round. Cupitt's Estate Brewery

One of our most established breweries in the region is housed within Cupitt's Estate Winery, set on a stunning estate overlooking the rolling green hills of Milton. Cupitt's Brewery has been pouring since 2014 and brewer Wally Cupitt has crafted a range of tasty beverages that you can try in a tasting paddle from Dusty's Bar each day from 10am. You can even go behind the scenes as part of the Tour and Taste Experience held daily at 11, and explore the vineyard, cellar, brewery, fromagerie and kitchen garden with the growers and makers. Afterwards, you'll want to stay on for lunch and explore the menu and award-winning wines while you enjoy the view.
