This farm lies on the Clyde River and grows cattle that's free from any artificial nasties. The owners welcome farm visits and you can even get some meat delivered to the door of your holiday house during your stay. If seafood is more what floats your boat, you've come to the right place! We have a number of local farmers that provide top quality selections from our incredible oyster coast to local eateries and restaurants. Does anyone else have fond memories of childhood road trips, where you'd stop along the side of the highway to grab a tray or two of delicious fruit? Keep this family tradition going by making a pit stop for some stonefruit at Martin's Orchard. Peaches, nectarines and plums are sold directly from their Wandanian farmgate on Princes Highway from late October through to early February. If you'd like the slightly more hands-on approach, then have a go at being a farmer for the day and pick your own food at one of our local farms. Local growers can arrange harvest experiences where you can gather your own fruit, veggies, herbs and eggs, direct from their properties. Pick berries straight from the bushes at Clyde River Berry Farm, visit Terrewah Farm for spray-free produce in picturesque Kangaroo Valley or pick your own chestnuts during the autumn harvest at Sassafras Nuts.
