After that, take a walk out on the headland at Crookhaven Heads, scouring the rockpools for resident sea creatures and take in the stunning views over the water to Coolangatta Mountain. New cafes and bars have emerged in town like speakeasy Loco Lane with live music to enjoy on weekends. Be sure to check out the local markets, both in town and out at Pyree, a short drive back towards Nowra to browse the great offerings from local artists, makers and providores.
