Carnival in Italy is a farewell party to eat, drink, and have fun before the limitations and solemnity of Lent. Italians celebrate with parades and masked dinners.
Enjoy a Starter of colourful Italian traditional Antipasto.
Followed by your Main of multi-colour fettuccine with a sauce of choice as well as 4 Cheeses or Carbonara or Napoli or Limoncello .
Dessert is cannoli with green pistachio or ricotta or red-velvet and “Chiacchiere” the most famous Carnival cookies.
