This event has free entry; however, tickets to pre-purchase food are now available and must be purchased prior to the event .
Each guest will get smoked ‘Rangers Valley Black Tyde’ Black Angus brisket, smoked ‘Borrowdale’ free range pork belly, with sides of sour cream & chive milk buns, garden herb slaw with miso ‘Kewpie’ mayonnaise, southern style spiced fried duck fat potatoes and house pickles. Sauces include burnt onion ketchup, fermented chili and pineapple hot sauce, garden Herb chimichurri and
cupitts ‘Mollymook’ pale ale BBQ sauce.
