As part of the “Meet the Makers” festival, meet Sophie and Amelia from Harvest. Join them and their sister in law yoga instructor Karissa, for an energising yoga flow session.
Yoga will be followed by a grazing brunch table, delicious refreshments and a few sneaky mimosas.
