Ponte Bar and Dining are joining forces with Steve and Jess from Pasta Buoy to present a “pasta inspired” event at Ponte.
Enjoy fresh local produce, handmade pasta, and beverages continually throughout the evening, with three savoury courses and a delicious Italian dessert to finish.
Drinks and canapes in the lounge on arrival. Menu includes Pasta Buoy squid ink cavatelli with shaved squid, lemon, lime, chilli, butter, chives, pilu bottarga. Pasta Buoy pan-fried gnocchi with pine mushroom, mushroom cream, ricotta, salata. Pasta Buoy casarecce qith pork genovese, slow cooked onions, pecorino. Donut Boy italian donuts with lemon custard, limoncello anglaise.
