Join Jules from Flow and Flourish and Sue from MUD Ceramics for a full day of creativity, connection and mindful flow at Little Forest Farm in Milton.
In this nature-immersed workshop, Sue will guide you in designing and handcrafting your very own platter and plate set, while Jules will introduce you to accessible mindfulness practices to support your nervous system and enhance your creative experience.
They’ll begin with a mindful nature walk, gathering mini boulders to shape your pottery, followed by morning tea. A delicious lunch will be served, made from fresh local produce.
Pottery is not just an art form; it’s a grounding practice that connects you to the earth and each other. This full-day experience allows you to connect with both fellow participants and some cheeky farmyard friends.
What’s Included:
All materials: clay, firing, and glazing for your pottery.
Nutritious morning tea, lunch, and refreshments.
Time to play, connect, and immerse yourself in creativity and mindfulness.
