The Italian compiled menu for this event is designed and executed by five incredibly talented chefs; all Champions in their own right: Giovanni Pilu from TWO Hatted restaurant, Pilu at Freshwater; Massimo Mele, one of Tasmania’s best-known Chefs from Grains of the Silos; Alex Prichard, Head Chef of the iconic Iceberg’s Dining Room & Bar; Sam Smith (ex Qualia and Akiba); and Ponte’s own, Thiago Menezes.
