Prenatal Yoga Circle is the only class of it’s kind that will prepare you physcially, mentally and emotionally for a positive pregnancy, birth and postpartum plus build your Village.
What to expect: They’ll teach you the tools they’ve learnt and practiced as a Mother, Yoga Teacher, Doula, Hypnobirthing Australia practitioner and Optimal Maternal Positioning (OMP) facilitator.
Yoga poses: These unique sequences have been curated over the last 17 years of studying and teaching prenatal yoga. Melissa has tried, tested and tweaked them during her own pregnancy so she knows they work and how to adapt them to suit every body and bump.
Hypnobirthing Tools: breathing techniques for labour and birth, visualisation, affirmations, positive language and education.
Active Birth Positions: to get your baby in the best position, move and breathe through surges and have a shorter labour.
Guided Relaxation: to help you relax so you’re happier, healthier and sleep better!
Meditation: to deeply connect with your baby and your Self.
Journalling: to uncover and release your fears, gain clarity and express gratitude.
Classes are taught by Melissa Field- Mother, Hypnobirthing Australia Practitioner, Doula and Yoga Instructor with 18 years experience.
