The SHUF is back!
The SHOALHAVEN HEADS UKULELE FESTIVAL will be held on Saturday 4 November at the Shoalhaven Heads Bowling Club starting at 11.00am and finishing around 8.00pm with a singalong in the mix.
There is a packed programme with 17 ukulele groups performing a range of melodies.
The groups are coming from as far away as the Central Coast, Ulladulla with others from Kangaroo Valley, Wollongong, Gerringong and our local ukulele group from Nowra.
Entry is only $5.00 which includes 3 lucky door prize tickets.
The Taja Brasserie at the Club serves a variety of delicious food throughout the day and night and the bar will be open to serve a wide range of drinks.
While you are in Shoalhaven Heads, take the time to drop into the local wineries including Mountain Ridge, Coolangatta, Two Figs, Silos and Cambewarra. Also check out the local attractions in our village like the murals around town especially in the swimming pool precinct, the Native Botanic Gardens, the Bird Airport and the pump track and skate park.
