This is the second time hosting Terra Firma from QLD for the fire feast from land and sea, which was easily one of the funnest events last year.

Showcasing some of the region’s best produce in collaboration with amazing chefs from all around the world.

A feast of local produce from the land and sea by the Terra Firma team and barbeque side chats with them and Kevin from Smokin’ Gaucho’s on the perfect asado setup and condiments from Valley local Angie.

All meats will be reared locally by regenerative farmers at Rosewood KV and all vegetables will be grown in the valley by Terrewah Farm.
