At the northern end is a fantastic picnic area popular with families for its BBQ facilities and the peaceful inlet where you can kayak, paddle board or the kids can swim in shallow waters. Make sure to bring a snorkel! There is also a boat ramp (gravel ramp for light boats) situated in Normandy Street into the inlet. Enjoy a spectacular view of the beach and beyond from Mitchell Parade on Bannister Head in Mollymook. Accommodation is available in self contained holiday homes and B&Bs.
