To create Baar Baar Milton and introduce it to the people of the South Coast and lovely locals of the Milton/Ulladulla area, restaurateurs Raj and Harika were inspired to share their love for the food and culture of their native India, and to do so have gathered extremely-talented chefs and amazing team.
The team shares a vision for the future of Indian cuisine. An endeavour to recreate the purest traditional and regional cuisines, while simultaneously creating innovative and modern dishes.
