An essential highway stop on the road to the South Coast, Hayden’s Pies in Ulladulla was established in 2003 by Hayden and his mum.
Everything is made in-house with quality, fresh and local ingredients, like delicious butter puff pastry made using butter from Pepe Saya and flour from Manildra in Nowra. Meat pies use local beef supplied by South Ulladulla meat market, chicken from St Georges Basin and game meats from a small company in Canberra called Priam.
As well as the classics, Hayden’s is famous for more unusual specials, including butter chicken, Thai green curry, lamb rendang, crocodile and more.
