Practicing sustainable farming, their whole olives come from their own groves before being processed naturally in their olive processing plant. This allows Kangaroo Valley Olives to process within hours of harvesting to preserve the quality of the fruit.

With the only on-site olive press in Kangaroo Valley, Extra Virgin Olive Oils are pressed within hours of harvest, preserving freshness and flavour as well as controlling all aspects of production.

Many products have been awarded Champion, first and second prizes within their individual categories.

As ‘Kangaroo Valley Kindred Spirits’, they also produce complementary products using local and seasonal produce (conserves, compotes, pickles).
