Led and curated by Wandi Wandian Descendant Dwayne Bannon-Harrison, the ‘little black fish that could’ has been to some of the countries most iconic food events and places. Including the Sydney Opera House, NSW Parliament House, Centre Point Tower – Vivid Food 2025 and Carriageworks.
