You will have your own private room where you will be cocooned with water heated to skin temperature and packed full of magnesium salts helping you float away the daily stresses and reviving sore muscles.
Their Infrared Sauna will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed as the heat soaks into your body, activating the parasympathetic nervous system. IR Saunas are renowned for pain relief, and boosting circulation and with the added benefit of colour therapy, your session will leave you feeling wonderful. You can have a session on your own or share the experience with a friend.
