The Butter Factory is a restaurant rich with character and history, dating back to as early as 1889, when it was a butter factory – Shoalhaven’s first and at that time NSW’s largest.
For over 20 years, the Heffill family have run their restaurant, catering and events. Well established in the community, the team love sourcing local produce and growing vegetables and flowers in their garden to share with you in the restaurant.
