The Point Gallery and Craft overlooks the beautiful Crookhaven River in the small fishing village of Greenwell Point.
The Gallery was set up in 2008 as a Community Art Gallery to showcase unique local art and craft of the residents of Greenwell Point and The Shoalhaven. Their local artisans produce ceramics, leatherwork, woodcraft, felting, knitting, mosaics and original paintings in many mediums from watercolours, acrylics, pastels and framed photographic prints and much more.
The Gallery has just started to stock locally produced jams, relishes and marmalade sold individually and in gift sets. They also have a lovely range of hand-felted and hand woven items, now that the weather is a little chilly call in and take a look at their beautiful hand-felted hats made locally.
They also hold regular exhibitions of local artists’ works and house The Greenwell Point History Group display of historical photos and books.
The Gallery is an appointed Tourism Ambassador and provides information maps and literature on the Shoalhaven only.
