Our food psychology is predominantly based around Thai dishes, but we’ve introduced a variety of cultural recipes from the whole region of Southeast Asia. The sharing of the dishes provided in the banquet format gives the chance to taste the balance of the sweet, spicy & salty creations, bringing the flavours the kitchen is enduring to provide. Must tries are our crispy pork belly on betel leaf, and the 3 hour braised beef cheeks in green curry.
