The estuarial waters of Burrill Lake are located in a seaside village of the same name, just south of Ulladulla. Burrill Lake is an acclaimed fisherman’s paradise, with regular catches including flathead, bream, blackfish, whiting and blue swimmer crabs. The tranquil setting also makes the lake perfect for swimming, sailing, canoeing and kayaking and if conditions permit, the lake is ideal for wind surfing. Be sure to hire your gear from the Burrill Lake SUP shop, which can provide you with all of the equipment you need for a fun day out on the lake. The muddy banks also provide endless hours of prawning fun. The lake is fit for boating activities, and visitors are welcome to attend the Water Skiing Club located at Kings Point in Burrill Lake. The hospitable waters edge caters for an expansive ecosystem, supporting both salt and freshwater marine life and locals from the neighbouring national park, including wallabies and rainbow lorikeets.
