The historic town of Kangaroo Valley is nestled between the scenic Cambewarra and Barrengarry Mountains. Famous for its country village ambience and spectacular mountain scenery. The Valley village is charming, with art galleries, cafes, a delightful pub, unique handicraft stores and antique shops. Moreover, Hampden Bridge is a must see when you visit Kangaroo Valley. Standing tall with its famous stone turrets, it provides commanding views over the winding river below. Built over the Kangaroo River in 1898, it is the oldest suspension bridge in Australia. It’s also considered Kangaroo Valley’s most famous and most photographed landmark.
